Account and attendance

Hilly stores your email address, a salted password hash, sign-in sessions, saved events, free reservations, waitlist status and check-in records to provide your account and passes. Authorized event staff can see the email address and attendance status of guests for their event.

Browsing and external services

The app requests event listings from the Hilly server. Loading an organizer’s event artwork can disclose your IP address to its image host. Your hosting provider may record request metadata in access or security logs. Opening an organizer’s checkout takes you to its provider, which handles your payment and its own privacy terms.

Account deletion

Delete your account from the account screen to remove your sign-in, saves, reservations, and associated personal check-in records from the active Hilly database. Aggregate admission counts can remain. Server logs and operational backups may persist under the hosting operator’s retention settings.
